Our program INFLUENCE aims to develop female leaders for organizations, countries and the global economy. It is an ambitious agenda at a time when the world needs courageous leaders more than ever before. With INFLUENCE, you will examine the extraordinary challenges in our world, nation, organizations and families using proven techniques such as self-reflection, shared meaning and action planning. Over 1,100 women have graduated from our program and are now leading and contributing to societies around the world. You can join them.
