It is the essence by which people define themselves in the corporate eco-system, establishing distinguished expectations for performance and market visibility. At ICAN, we take it one step further and refer to it as "Leadership Presence". To have leadership presence means you are standing true to your authentic voice and message and are true to your word, consistently "showing, not telling" your audience what you stand for and what needs to be done. Our program will help you define and strengthen your own personal brand to create a leadership presence that is understood, respected and always inspiring.
Executive Studio
* Day 2 - $999
If you’re a leader, executive or entrepreneur, you have exceptional talent! But not all talented professionals have mastered the kind of stage presence they need to successfully and gracefully address an audience, make a presentation, speak to clients or appear in a videoconference. In the Executive Studio, our leadership presence program designed for no more than four senior professionals in a three-hour workshop, we concentrate on exceptional delivery and message, special approaches for “holding an audience” (in person or by phone) and clarity of intention and communication. The Executive Studio, like an actor’s studio, is designed to teach each member of the group according to his/her personal style, using each person’s individual material, slides or presentation text. We never assume one size fits all. We choose to “produce” each program participant as if we’re preparing him/her for center stage, and the intimate setting encourages group support and feedback. Since we all know that no great actor would ever take the stage without being well-directed and rehearsed, we also know that no professional can truly perform at his/her best without customized instruction, significant preparation, individual “producing.”
